discount tickets training options kind staff
The hotel offered discount tickets for Capilano Suspension Bridge Park (that saved me some money). The fitness center provided many training options and a pool. The staff was very kind and gave useful information.
The reception area felt more like a sports hall because of its large size.

short walk fresh water rude receptionist cavernous lobby
i found the location quite charming. it was a short walk to the metro. the staff provided fresh water each day. the room also had a powerful shower.
the lobby felt cavernous. we didn't love the absence of a restaurant. there were limited areas to sit and relax! the receptionist was quite rude.

outdated furniture unhelpful staff
The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
I found several aspects disappointing. The absence of convenient parking options was frustrating, with no clear directions provided upon arrival. The room felt outdated, specifically the furniture felt old. The staff, excluding the cleaning and pool personnel, were unhelpful and unpleasant.

helpful staff dedicated lifeguard updated fitness center separate sinks
The staff helped me with my bags upon arrival. The pool has a dedicated lifeguard always on duty. The fitness center features three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
The hallway lighting was a little dim.
